TICKET FAQS

  • All sales are final. No refunds.
  • Ticket exchanges are required no less than 24 hours prior to the performance and may be requested by emailing the Box Office at office@thefirehousetheatre.com
  • NO LATE SEATING. We do not allow late seating. We do not offer refunds to patrons who arrive after the show has started. Late arrivals forfeit their seats to be sold to patrons on our waitlist. Seating options for patrons arriving after the start of a performance are at the discretion of The Firehouse Theatre staff.
  • Performances, artists, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
  • Photography and/or the use of audio/video recording devices is strictly prohibited during the performance.
  • Cell phones must be turned completely off, and texting is not allowed during the performance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Our front row “A” is designated for patrons with accessibility needs and their companions. Tickets may be purchased through the website. Please email office@thefirehousetheatre.com for assistance with tickets for patrons using wheelchairs and motorized scooters who are unable to transfer to a chair.
The lobby and concessions will open 45 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time. Theatre doors will open and patrons may be seated approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.
Ticket fees are applicable to all individual ticket purchases, including over-the-phone, in-person, and online. The best way to avoid ticket fees is to purchase a Season Ticket or Flex Package.

Please see the first time log-in instructions listed on this page. Once logged in, you will be able to select your show, date, and seats. Your tickets, if using a Season Ticket or Flex Ticket will show as $0 at checkout.

THURSDAY WALK-UP RUSH TICKETS

Walk-up Rush Tickets are available 30 minutes before Thursday performances and must be purchased in-person at the Box Office. Rush Tickets are $15 plus a $3 convenience fee and are subject to availability.

If you do not have an email address for the ticket confirmation email, please call our Box Office at 972-620-3747 and leave a message. Someone will get back to you shortly about your purchase.

Yes! The facility is checked after each performance for items that were left behind. To inquire about a lost item, please call our Box Office at 972-620-3747 or email us at office@thefirehousetheatre.com. Please give us a description of the item and where you think it was left. All unclaimed items are removed from the premises after 30 days. The Firehouse Theatre is not responsible for lost items, but we will do our best to return all lost items to their proper owner.


First Time Log-In

The Firehouse Theatre welcomes you to our ticketing system, OvationTix!

For our current single ticketholders and Season/Flex Ticket holders, simply login to the system by clicking “Login” on the top menu bar. Enter the email address you used to purchase tickets and click “Forgot Password.” You are then prompted to create a new password to gain entry into the system.
Please note: this email address and password are all you will need going forward to log in!

For our first-time patrons, you may create your account with us by clicking “Login” on the top menu bar and selecting “Register” or you may create your account as you progress through the checkout process while purchasing your first tickets to our theatre.
