STEFANY CAMBRA serves as the Artistic Director for Proper Hijinx Productions, an independent theatre company that focuses on producing the works of local playwrights. She also spends time working for theatres across the DFW metroplex as an actor, director, and playwright.

July 2nd-7pm: Psych Up, Not Out: Learn the psychology of auditioning and how to mentally prepare yourself to perform better, feel better, and take better care of yourself during the waiting game.
July 28th-7pm: Off Stage, On Brand: Surprise, surprise, we’re living in the digital age. This means that cultivating a personal brand as an artist is more important than ever. How you represent yourself on and off stage is crucial to developing your role in the community and can impact your hireability. This course focuses on the ins and outs of self-branding and networking in an authentic and meaningful way.
July 30th-2pm: Take Risks, Discover your Passion: Learn to try out new roles in theatre. This will cover the benefits of working behind the scenes and be a part of all theatre aspects early on so you can learn how every role is important and possibly discover your new favorite thing to do in theatre!
July 30th-7pm: Managing the Chaos: Working as an artist often means a hectic schedule. Keeping track of day jobs, auditions, rehearsals, productions, and more can be overwhelming. Learn to find a system that works for you that allows you to conquer your day instead of constantly worrying over what you’re forgetting.
